BadFan is a ticket price comparison platform that aggregates listings from multiple third-party ticketing sources and ranks them by all-in price. We do not sell tickets directly. When you click through to purchase a ticket, you are transacting with the third-party ticketing platform, not with BadFan.

Certain features of the Service require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

• All activity that occurs under your account.

The Service contains affiliate links to third-party ticketing platforms. When you click these links, you leave BadFan and are subject to the third party's terms and privacy policies. BadFan earns a commission on qualifying purchases made through these links. We are not responsible for:

• The accuracy, availability, or pricing of tickets on third-party platforms.
• Any transactions you complete on third-party platforms.
• The content or practices of any third-party websites.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

BadFan does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of ticket pricing information. Prices displayed on BadFan may differ from the final price on the ticketing platform. Always verify the total price before completing a purchase.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BadFan and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
